Fish frying operation, extraction from the 
fryer with a flow of 3000 m3/h. In operation since 2017.
Result: Target level of 500 OU/m3 reached. 

Particle separation, oil recovery. Puppudom and Noodle Frying, Premier Foods, UK.
Extraction from Stein deep fryer and 
deoiler
stage after the fryer, flow is app 6000 m3/h in total treated by two centrifuges. In operation since 2008. New centrifuges fitted after line expansion in 2017.
Result: 31 000 EUR in annual savings due to oil recovery. 12 000 EUR in maintenance 
cost savings. Payback 2.2 years.

Malodor from organic waste reception and processing.Project during 2016 with Purac (major supplier of WWTPs in Scandinavia). 51 000 m3/h treated air, point extraction from machinery and general extraction from the building.
RESULT: Performance met.

Neighbouring amusement park – sensitive site. Gas flow 1000 m3/h.
RESULT: No malodor. Carbon life extended from 6 weeks to 12 months.

Is a strong particle separator. 
Combines advanced centrifugal separation with the ColdOx™ system in the case where particles in solid or droplet form are present in the gas stream.

СoldOX: UV reactor

Is used to decrease VOC and odor from the gas stream.
Oxidation of VOCs through the use of high-intensity UV, excess ozone, and photochemical oxidation supported by special purpose catalysts. Oxidation rates of up to 98% at ambient temperatures with minimum energy requirement and ozone slip.

Sulphared 

Sulphared ™ pall rings are based on iron oxide and is used as a roughing filter to remove H2S. The H2S reacts with iron oxide to form iron sulfide. The filter is regenerated with air and water, and elementary Sulphur is flushed out. Removes up to 60-80% of H2S.
Sulphared ™ pellets is an adsorption agent based on iron hydroxide. H2S is removed through similar reactions as in
the
Sulphared ™ pall rings unit, however, the pellet media bed has a much larger surface area, enhancing the adsorption capacity. Adsorbs 93-97% H2S. 
Other remains are removed by ColdOX + CentrOX
